Event Coordinator
Our Event Coordinators work with our customers to determine their wants, needs and desires before building an order for equipment that will satisfy the requirements in the most effective manner. A thorough knowledge of all types of events and their equipment requirements, along with a genuine love of helping people is required. Our most successful applicants often have a catering background and/or experience in sales.

Showroom Assistant
Our Showroom Assistants are the support staff for our Event Coordinators and usually move into that position once they have gained enough knowledge and experience. This position is especially important because the Showroom Assistant is the first person to whom our customers speak. Reasonable keyboarding skills are a must due to order and reservation entry into our computers as well as use of Microsoft Word and Excel on a daily basis.

Warehouseman
No business can do without this position. Our Warehouseman is a jack of many trades. He/she is responsible for all types of building maintenance and rental equipment repairs as well as assisting in the movement of inventory into and out of the building.

Crew Chief
With years of experience behind them, our Crew Chiefs are the folks who get the job done. These knowledgeable and versatile people are able direct a crew of up to six people to deliver and install all our orders. They are equally at home whether installing huge tents and stages or dropping off fine china and linens at a Mansion or Historic Home.

Delivery Crewman
Crew members follow a clear path of training to gain the experience and confidence to one day become Crew Chiefs themselves. They learn every facet of the business from the ground up. We have both seasonal and full time positions available.
