[top]What tables and linens go together?
If you would like to use round tables:
- Seating 3-5 use a 3' round table with a 96" round linen.
- Seating 6-8 use a 4' round table with a 108" round (to the floor) or 96" round (half way down).
- Seating 8-10 use a 5' round table with a 120" round (to the floor) or 108" round (half way down).
- Seating 10-12 use a 6' round table with a 132" round (to the floor) or a 120" round (half way down).
If you would like to use rectangular tables:
- Seating 4 use a 4' x 30" table with a 108" round (to the floor) or 60 x 60½ (half way down).
- Seating 6-8 use a 6' x 30" table with a 90 x 132 (to the floor) or 60 x 120½(half way down).
- Seating 8-10 use a 8' x 30" table with a 90 x 156 (to the floor) or 60 x 120½ (half way down).
If your event is not formal, or taking place outdoors in the grass, a shorter linen works best. An event coordinator can suggest the best size linens to use for your particular event.
[top]How much dance floor do I need?
For an estimate of needed dance floor, multiply the number of guest by 2.25 or the number of couples dancing by 9 to determine the recommended square footage. Rule of thumb is that approximately ½ of guests attending the event will dance at any one time.
[top]What amount of beverage do I need?
Here's a quick guide to help you determine serving amounts for different types of beverages:

Do you sell used equipment?
Yes! In our used equipment section you will find exceptional deals on rental items we no longer need. There are a million different reasons why equipment finds its way to this page; some of it is too old to be included in our inventory, while some of it just isn't as popular as it once was. Occasionally we just get tired of the same old thing and want to replace it with a different color, style, size, manufacturer or model. Some equipment is surplus from acquisitions of other stores we've bought out. All of it is useful and serviceable; it just needs to go find a new home!

Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

Although no two weddings are exactly alike, over the years we’ve noticed the basic equipment required is remarkably similar. Our tented wedding packages offer a complete selection of the most popular equipment. They are a great place to start and form a solid basis from which to build your own unique event.
